Purpose:
The aim of the course is to offer practical knowledge about how to perform systematic work environment management at the workplace.

Objectives:
- understand how the rules on systematic work environment management can be interpreted and managed in practice at their own workplace, in order to prevent physical, organisational and social risks in the work environment - have a good understanding of the allocation of tasks, roles and cooperation - understand how to use WEM to manage risks, prevent risks from occurring and create a work environment that promotes health - have gained a greater understanding of the link between a good work environment, systematic work environment management and making progress in their activities. The information from this course may be widely applied to any type of workplace/work environment in Sweden. |

Visida follows the guidelines of Prevent's work environment courses for managers and work leaders, and our teachers are certified by Prevent to lead this course.
Target group: Senior executives, managers, supervisors, safety representatives and others who work with work environment issues.
