Physiotherapy
Visida's physiotherapist examines, assesses and suggests measures for problems in the musculoskeletal system, such as muscles, joints, tendons and back. All measures are individualised and, if necessary, management is involved.
The physiotherapist also participates in rehab processes regarding work ability investigations, sick leave, etc. If necessary, the physiotherapist can supplement the examination with a workplace visit to make an ergonomic risk assessment of how the work affects the problems. |
No matter what profession you have, the body feels good about moving more than the work requires. Some professions require high physical capacity and you have to train for your body to cope with a working day, such as a firefighter or a construction worker. Other professions require low physical capacity, but then we need to move instead to be able to keep mental focus. Visida can help with what kind of activity benefits your company and so that your employees can perform at their best. For example, it can be to design appropriate break programs, company challenges, lectures and individual advice on training and activity.
